Over the years, I have developed a passion for learning about the benefits of eating and living naturally and the health risks and dangers you avoid by doing so. Not only has my personal health benefited from this, but as a wife and mother, I'm excited that I can invest in the health of my family. Whether you want to baby step into the world of living naturally or jump headfirst – I’d love to walk along with you and share some of the things that I’ve learned. It’s encouraging that no matter where you are in your life – every step you take towards being more natural will only benefit you and your family.

Each Wednesday I’ll be posting on one of a variety of natural topics, so be sure to come back often if you don’t see something that specifically relates to you. As I like cooking from scratch and using non-processed organic and natural foods, I'll be opening up my personal recipe box to share with you. I’ll pass on the natural remedies and resources that I've found invaluable for drug-free cures on everything in my family from sinus infections, UTI's and getting through Mononucleosis in just 3 weeks! Blessed with the experience to have a completely natural pregnancy and birth, free from any artificial chemicals and drugs, I would love to share with you how that can be possible for most women. Since I value personal freedom with educated health choices, I’ll be happy to pass along solid evidence and facts from scientific research and advice from M.D.’s on which to help you make your life decisions.
